1) TUITION:

PRIORITY PAYMENT DUE DATES:
Three to four weeks into the current term you will receive your bill for the up coming term via U.S. mail. Your priority payment due date is two weeks before the end of the current term. In order to hold a spot in class, current participants must pay tuition on or before the priority payment due date. For your convenience, tuition payment schedules are available on business cards and refrigerator magnets and may be obtained at the Front Office. If we have not received your tuition by the priority payment due date, as a courtesy we will call you ONE time to find out your intentions for the upcoming term.
FAILURE TO PAY:
If your tuition is not paid by the priority payment due date and you have not informed of us of your intentions to continue classes, your child will be automatically dropped from the class roster and will not be allowed to attend class unless he or she has been re-registered for class.

2. LATE FEES:
All payments received after the priority payment due date will be assessed a $5.00 late fee. (NO GRACE PERIOD)

3. 20% DISCOUNT:
Only ONE tuition is paid at full price. ALL lesser tuitions are discounted 20%, regardless of the program.

4. DROP CLASS POLICY:
If you intend to drop out either temporarily or permanently, we request that you fill out and return a DROP CLASS CARD (located at the Front Office) at least one week prior to dropping. This opens a spot for new students and our students on wait lists.

5. MEMBERSHIP FEE:
There is a non-fundable fee of $30.00 for individuals and $50.00 for families of two or more for Victory Academy membership due January 1 of each New Year. New students' membership fee will be pro-rated from the date started.

6. PRORATES, REFUNDS, CREDITS:
THERE ARE NO PRO-RATES, REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR MISSING OR DROPPING A CLASS. ONCE THE TERM HAS COMMENCED, YOUR ARE PAYING FOR YOUR SPOT IN CLASS FOR THE ENTIRE TERM, REGARDLESS OF ATTENDANCE. The only time a term is prorated is when a new member joins class in the middle of a term.

7. PARENTS OF PRE-SCHOOLERS (AGES 3&4):
You are required to stay for the duration of your child's class(es).

8. CLASS MINIMUM:
A minimum of 4 students is required for each class.

9. MAKE-UP POLICIES: Victory Academy reserves the right to refuse a make-up if we deem it necessary.

Tae Kwon Do, Dance, Cheer Explosion, Fitness Tramp and tumbling, Olympian Club Gymnastics:

As a courtesy, Victory Academy desires to offer make-ups when and where doing so does not interrupt the safety or quality of the class. Hence, make-up procedures may vary program to program depending on safety concerns, space, equipment, and teaching ratios.
Make-up classes MUST be scheduled with the Front Office no less than one day before the desired make-up date. Please pick up your make-up class slip at the Front Office before class and present to the instructor for admission into your make-up class.
All absences must be made-up in the same term that they are missed. In the event of an absence in the last week of the term, a make-up in the first week of the next term is permissible.

Flip Star Pre-School Gymnastics:

Wee Flips, Flip Kids, and Flipsters: You are allowed to make up TWO (and ONLY TWO) absences per term. All other make-up policies for these classes are listed above.

Rainbow Fitness Gymnastics:

Rainbow 1-4 and Boys Rainbow: Students are allowed to make up TWO (and ONLY TWO) absences per term. Students needing to make up an absences must sign up at the Front Office for the FRIDAY MAKE-UP NIGHT which is held approximately once per month. Dates for the Friday Make-Up Night will be announced and posted on the Rainbow bulliten board.

10. CLASS CANCELLATIONS:
WJBC and WBNQ will announce our class cancellations. Also, the Victory Academy answering machine will have a recorded message no later then 3:00 P.M.

11. MEDICAL REASONS FOR DROPPING A CLASS:
Medical situations supported by a written acknowledgment from a licensed medical practitioner will be extended a credit on your account. Retroactive requests for medical credit will not be granted.

12. NEW MEMBER TUITION GUARANTEE:
It is our intention to offer our members the finest programs available in our community. However, if during your first four weeks of class, you are not satisfied, we will refund the remaining portion of your tuition.
