Intro to Rainbow 3 is for gymnasts who have achieved the basic Rainbow 2 skills but are not yet fully prepared for the Rainbow 3 program. In this 1.5 hour class, students are taught off the same lesson plan as the Rainbow 3 students to help them achieve the skills needed to advance and their progress is recorded on their skill charts.
